   All Grain Falcon products are handcrafted.
   Natural leather varies in grain, texture, color, and markings. These characteristics are natural features of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
   Because our products are handmade, slight variations between products may occur.
5. Pricing
   All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
   Applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
   Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties unless otherwise stated.
6. Orders
   All orders are subject to acceptance.
   We reserve the right to:

   • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

7. Payment

8. Shipping
   Shipping times are estimates only.
   Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, strikes, or other events beyond our control are not our responsibility.
   Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address.
9. Returns & Refunds
   Returns and refunds are governed by the Grain Falcon Return & Refund Policy.
   Products must satisfy all eligibility requirements stated in that policy.
   Customized, personalized, made-to-order, or worn products are generally non-returnable unless required by applicable law.
10. Warranty
    Warranty coverage is governed by the Grain Falcon Warranty Policy.
    The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
    It does not cover:

    • Scratches
    • Improper care
    • Water damage
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse
    • Unauthorized repairs
