Grain Falcon Limited Warranty Policy

At Grain Falcon, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the use of premium materials. Every pair of our handmade leather shoes and leather goods is carefully inspected before shipment. This Limited Warranty protects customers against manufacturing defects while recognizing the natural characteristics of genuine leather and handcrafted products.

This Warranty Policy applies to purchases made through the official Grain Falcon website, authorized retail stores, and authorized distributors.

1. Warranty Coverage

Grain Falcon provides a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not guarantee protection against normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

Boots

Loafers

Oxford shoes

3. What Is Covered

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Grain Falcon may, at its discretion:

Repair the product free of charge.

Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model.

Issue store credit.

Provide a partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

Examples of covered defects include:

Stitching failure caused by manufacturing defects.

Sole separation due to manufacturing defects.

Defective hardware (buckles, eyelets, zippers, etc.).

Structural defects in construction.

Defective adhesive application.

Manufacturing faults in leather components.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Surface scratches or scuffs.

Leather creasing from regular use.

Fading or color changes from sunlight or aging.

Water damage or moisture damage.

Damage caused by improper storage.

Damage caused by improper cleaning or use of unsuitable care products.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

Damage from pets or sharp objects.

Sole wear due to normal walking.

Heel wear.

Laces.

Insoles worn through normal use.

Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase.

Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Commercial or industrial use beyond normal consumer wear.

5. Natural Characteristics of Leather

Grain Falcon uses genuine premium leather.

Natural characteristics such as:

Grain variation

Small wrinkles

Vein marks

Color variation

Natural pores

Hand-applied patina differences

are normal features of authentic leather and are not manufacturing defects.

Because each product is handcrafted, slight differences between pairs are expected and reflect the uniqueness of the craftsmanship.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact Grain Falcon Customer Support and provide:

Order number

Proof of purchase

Product name

Detailed description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the defect

Additional information may be requested if necessary.

7. Inspection Process

Once your product is received or your claim is reviewed:

Our quality assurance team will inspect the product.

We will determine whether the issue is covered by this warranty.

You will be informed of the outcome.

Inspection generally takes 5–10 business days after receiving the product.

8. Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, Grain Falcon may choose one of the following remedies:

Replacement with the same product.

Store credit.

9. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

If the claim is not covered:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.

10. Warranty Transfer

Store products in the provided dust bag in a cool, dry place.

Damage resulting from failure to follow reasonable care practices may not be covered under this warranty.
