Limited Warranty Policy

At Grain Falcon, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and the use of premium materials. Every pair of our handmade leather shoes and leather goods is carefully inspected before shipment. This Limited Warranty protects customers against manufacturing defects while recognizing the natural characteristics of genuine leather and handcrafted products.

1. Warranty Coverage

Grain Falcon provides a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not guarantee protection against normal wear and tear or accidental damage.

2. Products Covered

This warranty applies to:

• Handmade leather shoes
• Boots
• Loafers
• Oxford shoes
• Derby shoes
• Monk strap shoes
• Leather belts
• Leather wallets
• Leather bags
• Other genuine leather accessories sold by Grain Falcon

3. What Is Covered

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Grain Falcon may, at its discretion:

• Repair the product free of charge.
• Replace the defective product with the same or a comparable model.
• Issue store credit.
• Provide a partial or full refund where repair or replacement is not reasonably possible.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Surface scratches or scuffs.
• Leather creasing from regular use.
• Fading or color changes from sunlight or aging.
• Water damage or moisture damage.
• Damage caused by improper storage.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning or use of unsuitable care products.
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Damage from pets or sharp objects.
• Sole wear due to normal walking or heel wear.
• Laces or insoles worn through normal use.
• Cosmetic damage occurring after purchase.
• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations.
• Commercial or industrial use beyond normal consumer wear.

5. Natural Characteristics of Leather

Grain Falcon uses genuine premium leather. Natural characteristics such as:

• Grain variation
• Small wrinkles
• Vein marks
• Color variation
• Natural pores
• Hand-applied patina differences

are normal features of authentic leather and are not manufacturing defects. Because each product is handcrafted, slight differences between pairs are expected and reflect the uniqueness of the craftsmanship.
